Common questions
How do I aim?
Swipe to spin the tower until the spot you want is in front of you, then tap above your orb to fire toward it. Shots travel up the tower's surface, so you can bank them around the sides.
When do new rows drop?
Every 10 shots a new row drops in from the top. The longer you survive, the more rows arrive at once.
How does scoring work?
Popping a group scores points, and every extra orb cleared in the same shot is worth more than the last. Orbs that get cut loose and fall to the ground count double.
I can't tell the colors apart
Every element has its own kanji symbol on the orb. Turn on Bold Glyphs in the options menu to make them darker and easier to read.
How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Both have a switch in the options menu. Your choices are remembered between launches.
My high scores disappeared
Scores are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them too, and they don't sync between devices. On iPhone they're included in your normal device backups.
I got a new phone. Do I have to buy it again?
No. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and download it again from the App Store or Google Play at no charge. Buying on iPhone doesn't cover Android, or the other way around, because each store sells its own copy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund page.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Meteor Tower plays fully offline and never connects to the internet. See the privacy page for details.
